THANK YOU! Sensational Generationals & Lakemont Ladies! Please keep up the great work! You are an inspiration to us all!
Cycle the WAVE (Women Against Violence Everywhere), is a fully supported, non-competitive, deluxe all-women's event celebrating our 10th Anniversary year! It is a spectacular bike and walk event for women of all ages and fitness levels to experience camaraderie, increase awareness of domestic violence through visibility, and to raise funds for domestic violence programs across Washington State.
Whether you team up or choose to ride/walk solo, we encourage you to fundraise. Fundraising is optional but easy, and you will earn rewards for your fundraising efforts.
Since its inception in 2008, proceeds from Cycle the WAVE Washington have surpassed $1 Million and have been donated to programs addressing the issue of domestic violence thanks to dedicated riders and supporters like you. Every participant can make a difference!
Our four ride routes provide something for everyone, from a 12-mile to 70-mile ride. Not a cyclist? Then try our scenic 4.05-mile walk presented by Bell'Adesso Day Spa. All routes culminate at the Finish Line Festival. Enjoy the special touches that make Cycle the WAVE unique: signature foods, a celebration Beer & Wine Garden Presented by John Duggan Cycling Attorney, spa pampering, encouragement from cheerleaders and other fun surprises.
Note: Ride/Walk Scholarships are available for those needing assistance. Print and complete this Cycle the WAVE Scholarship Application form and follow application instructions.
