This amazing Training group of inspired women have teamed up to "Brake the Cycle" of domestic violence and are proud to make a positive impact in our community.
We are excited to be involved with Cycle the WAVE (Women Against Violence Everywhere) and are working together to reach our goal to increase awareness and raise critical funds for programs providing life-changes services for all those experiencing abuse.

Coach Mary of LiveAliveFit.com has teamed up with Cycle The Wave to prepare you for Cycle The WAVE. There are two training programs to fit most riders needs. First is the Get Ready For The WAVE training program for those who want to get ready to ride the Girly Girl 30 mile route. For more experienced riders, there is a WAVE Advanced Skills & Riding Techniques program designed for those preparing for Cycle The WAVE’s Middle Sister (45 mile) or Burly Girl (62 mile) routes.
