TAI 200 X 100CTW TAI Training

Our partners at Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy are offering weekly rides. These community-based rides will be casual and consist of 7-12 miles of flat and light hill terrain. Our physical therapy staff will be able to advise you on proper riding techniques, seat adjustments, and special bike fittings. Some of the rides will end at breweries for beverages and social time. All ages, abilities, family members and friends are welcome to join in the fun!

The rides will be hosted on a weekly basis throughout the summer at two different Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy locations Ballard and Bridle Trails.  Click here to find out more

The WAVE Foundation is proud to work with Cascade Bicycle Club as a promotional partner on women’s cycling in the Puget Sound. With a vision of bicycling for all, Cascade Bicycle Club wants everyone to discover the fun, empowerment and community of bicycling.

She Bikes Cascade is a series of inclusive rides, classes, clinics and social events to encourage more women to discover the joy and benefits of biking. Visit She Bikes Cascade for a complete schedule of classes, free daily rides and lots more. Note that some events may require advance registration and/or have a registration fee.

The Seattle Cycle Sirens are a group of female riders who lead many free training rides throughout the year from various locations around the area.

They offer safe and supportive rides for all levels of riders and are famous for their "no-drop" ride policy. They also bring a fun social element to every ride.

Many awesome WAVE supporters and volunteers help lead these rides. Visit the Seattle Cycle Sirens Facebook page for more information.
